The paper the programme runs on: the plan a principal works down in the first fortnight, the planner teachers fill in before a chapter, the log they keep during the practicum, the case-study format they present in, and the sheets a coordinator keeps so the school can record its CPD hours. Every page prints cleanly or saves as a PDF.

The AI-Ready School Starter Kit
Seven sheets, ninety days, one owner per decision.
This is that sequence, on paper. Seven sheets a school can work through in one term: the ninety-day plan, the decisions only leadership can make, the policy, a baseline of where the teachers actually are, the CPD record, and the two sessions the school runs for parents and students.
Nothing in it is locked — every sheet is also below, free and unbundled. What the kit adds is the order, and it opens on the page itself the moment you ask for it.
- Before day 1 90-day AI-readiness plan
- Days 1–7 · the first leadership meeting Principal’s AI implementation checklist
- Days 1–14 · adopt in one meeting School AI & responsible-use policy template
- Days 7–14 · before any training Teacher AI-readiness audit
- From the first session onwards School CPD attendance & record sheet
- Around day 30 · the next PTM Parent AI-awareness session outline
- Around day 30 · one class group at a time Student responsible-AI orientation outline
Free to use
Any school may use and adapt these
The templates and outlines on this page are free to use and adapt with attribution to PrepGraph Academy — whether or not your school runs the programme or uses PrepGraph. Change the headings, translate them, put your school’s name on top. Keep the one line that says where they came from, and keep the label “illustrative” on any example numbers you carry over. What you may and may not do with them is set out in full in our terms of use — the short version is that they may not be resold as a training product.
The CBSE formats they refer to (F1, F2, F4) belong to CBSE; ours are structured to match them so a teacher’s capstone can double as a DLD case paper, but they are not CBSE documents.
Independent programme, not a CBSE certification.
PrepGraph Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Certificates are issued by PrepGraph. The programme is designed around the CBSE 2026-27 training theme and the CBSE/NPST professional-development domains; the host school decides how to record the hours under CBSE’s CPD guidelines and keeps the attendance records — we supply the templates.

Every sheet, unbundled
No form, no order to follow — take the one you need. Each resource names who it is for, the module or programme it belongs to, and roughly how long it takes. The seven marked In the kit are the ones the starter kit sequences for you.
